After more than fifty years, Jodie Whittaker became the first woman to take on the role of the Doctor. Jodie’s arrival on the Tardis coincides with big change overs in the show behind the scenes including new show runner, Chris Chibnall. Jodie’s journey has made tremendous and memorable waves on the show by expanding the Doctor Who universe while simultaneously upending it.
