The 9th Doctor

Christopher Eccleston (2005)

The Modern Era of Doctor Who kicks off with Christopher Eccleston’s 9th Doctor and companion Rose Tyler played by Billie Piper. Unfortunately for fans, Christopher only served one season abroad the Tardis, but nevertheless his time as the Doctor broke new ground for the show and paved the way for an amazing run for the show.
